What are your standard shipping methods and delivery times? We ship our industrial products via major freight carriers and standard ground services depending on the size and weight of the order. Standard stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. For custom fabrications or large industrial heat exchangers, lead times will be provided with your custom quote.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), corporate checks, and bank wire transfers (ACH). For recurring corporate clients, net payment terms can be established upon credit approval.

Order modifications or cancellations depend on the production status. Stock Items: Can be canceled or changed if they have not yet left our warehouse. Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Once engineering or fabrication has commenced, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or material fee. Standard, unaltered stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns may be subject to a 25%–25% restocking fee. Custom-engineered products and special orders are non-returnable.

Yes, all of our industrial equipment and exchangers come with a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (typically 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first). Extended warranties are available for specific equipment lines.
